We deliver to anywhere in Ireland. Currently we do not deliver outside of Ireland
"Cooling Off"
- MC-wexford allows 10 days for your application for a Cooling Off period to reach us, counting from the day after you receive the goods.
- The item must be returned in "perfect resellable condition" and is returned at the customer’s cost (as per normal return guidelines)

Prior to the order being packed/shipped
Check the status of your Order in your Account. You will find a link in the confirmation email. If the order is still open, you are free to cancel the entire order. If you would like to remove single Items from your order please contact us. If the product is already picked, packed and/or shipped, then it\’s too late to cancel the order. Please follow the guideline below for "After the order is shipped/received"
After the order is shipped/received
When you have received your goods, e-mail us at info@mc-wexford.com, saying you wish to cancel the order. You will receive an RMA number by e-mail that you must clearly make visible on the outside of the return parcel with the items to be returned. You only pay return postage and the price which you paid for the item will be accredited to your credit card account after we receive your return.
Remember that no matter what the reason for cancellation is, you must act within the time limits set by the law and let us know within 10 days of receiving the goods
You can return your parcel under the Cooling Off period when:
- You have registered your Account as a private person.
- You have not opened/used the item
- There is no visible damage or marks on the item
- The parcel and all parts belonging to the item is being returned in the same standard as it was shipped out
Damaged goods delivered
If damage is spotted while delivery is taking place, please refuse to take delivery. Otherwise send an email to info@mc-wexford.com with the following information:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Product number of the missing or faulty item(s).
- An accurate description of the problem
- Provide digital images of the parcel, if possible.
We will then contact you on how we will solve the problem, as soon as is possible.
Refunds
We can only refund back to the original payment source used when you placed your order! A refund to any other Credit Card or Debit Card is not possible through us. If this is a problem, please contact your Bank or Credit/Debit Card provider as they should have procedures to solve this
We will reduce the refund if:
- Items are damaged by user or in transit back to us.
- Items or retail package has been damaged (cannot be sold as new)
- Parts are missing (manuals, drivers, cables, adapters, etc) in the return shipment
